A Postmistress by popular vote.

--An election was held in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a few days ago, in compliance with what has been announced to be the wish of Mr. Lincoln to determine who should receive the appointment of Postmaster. There were three candidates, two very respectable and popular gentlemen, and a lady named Mrs. Ramsey.--The latter was elected by about twenty-five majority.
