[351] ᾦπερ προεῖπας (sc. ἐμμένειν), by which thou didst proclaim that (all) should abide: this is better than taking ᾦπερ as by attraction for ὅπερ, since προεῖπον could take an acc. of the thing proclaimed (e.g. ξενίαν, πόλεμον, θάνατον), but not of the edict itself (as κήρυγμα).
