--Yesterday, for the third time, Hiram Vorr was brought before the Mayor for intoxication on the public streets. Hiram being enlisted in defence of his country, was released at the request of an officer, but was admonished of a certain disagreeable contingency which would result on his re-appearance on his present theatre of action. Peter G. Masson, arrested for getting drunk and staggering about the streets, was admonished and discharged, it being his first offence.
