Riots at Milwaukie.

Milwaukie, June 25.

--Bank riots have broken out in this city. The citizens have demolished three banking establishments. The Montgomery Guards were called out, but refused to obey orders to fire upon the citizens. The Zouaves were then called out and fired several rounds of buckshot.

Later.--Forty of the rioters have been arrested and put in jail. Their comrades have procured cannon and threaten to break the jail and rescue them. The Mayor has proclaimed martial law. Intense excitement prevails.
