4. τῶν προβεβουλευμένων (pass.), strictly accurate for the provisions of the προβούλευμα of Ctesiphon, which had passed only the Senate. The corresponding phrase for the items of a ψήφισμα would be τῶν ἐψηφισμένων. Cf. τῶν γεγραμμένων, § 56.4.

5. δίκαιος εἶναι, that I deserve: personal use of δίκαιος (M.T. 762).
