τὸν λόφον if genuine, is in apposition to τὰς Ὄλπας, but the description does not seem likely or necessary after c. 105, 1. Ἀμφιλόχων—i.e. those of Amphilochia generally; for the reason why the majority were restrained from taking part in the fighting see c. 114, 3. μετά—Demosthenes was to be Commander-in-chief.
