ἀποστήσασι—sc. τὴν πόλιν.

τῆς ἀντικαθισταμένης—‘which is ranging itself against us.’

ἐς πόλεμον ἐπέρχεσθε—either ἔρχεσθε ἐς πόλεμον or ἐπέρχεσθε alone would be usual. Here we must supply αὐτῇ, and take ἐς of the end in view.
