οἰκοδομήσει—Thue. is partial to nouns in -σις: ὀλόφυρσις, ξυμμέτρησις, κατάφευξις etc. πρός—‘on the side towards,’ an idiomatic use common with localities, πρὸς τοῦ λιμένος, τοῦ ποταμοῦ and so on.
