The ‘namque’ is also Homeric, e. g. Macrobius (Sat. 6. 1) says that the words ‘Divom pater atque hominum rex’ are from Ennius. Varro, L. L. 5. 65, quotes “divomque hominumque pater rex” as from Ennius.
