Da dieser schon damals (vgl. 36.3.14; 37.4.4) bei der Verwirrung des Kalenders früher im Jahre fiel, die Schlacht bei Kynoskephalä aber Ende Juni oder Anfang Juli geliefert wurde (s. 6.8), so mufs die Siegesnachricht nicht gar lange nachher zu Rom angelangt sein; vgl. 45.2.3. 3, 1.
