τίνος … χρείας, “"for what request,"”—depending on the idea of “δεόμεθα, χρῄζομεν”, implied in “προσπίτνομεν”: ἀνύσαι (sc. “αὐτήν”), epexegetic inf., “"so that ye should obtain it"”: cp. 1211 (n.).—For the use of χρείας, cp. O. T. 1435 “καὶ τοῦ με χρείας ὧδε λιπαρεῖς τυχεῖν;” αὐταὶ, with our own eyes (instead of merely hearing that it exists).
