[13] probi, 32, 2, 2, vgl. Plin. 33, 3, 13; 51: equidem miror, populum R. victis gentibus in tributo semper argentum imperasse non aurum, sicut Carthagini, s. 30.37.5 u. a. duodec., da von den 15000 37, 45 bereits 3000 bezahlt sind, s. c. 37, 9. Attica tal., dass L. Attica talenta geschrieben oder wenigstens schon im 5. Jahrh. so gelesen worden sei, zeigt Prisc. de fig. numer. 3, 13, p. 1348: Livius in tricesimo octavo ab urbe condita ostendit magnum talentum Atticum octoginta habere libras etc.; L. scheint dem Gebrauche seiner Zeit folgend, Attica, s. c. 24, 8, statt Euboica, s. c. 9, 9; 37, 45, 14, geschrieben und die Worte des Polybius: ἀργυρίου δὲ δότω Ἀττικοῦ Ῥωμαίοις ἀρίστου τάλαντα μύρια δισχίλια nicht genau wieder gegeben zu haben, s. Mommsen d. r. Münzwes. 25; 43, 63; Hultsch Metrol. 143; es ist also dieselbe Summe wie 37.45 gemeint, nur anders bezeichnet; über die Construct. s. 37.59.4: Philippeos; K. 82. pendat, μὴ ἔλαττον ἑλκέτω τὸ τάλαντον, wiege.
