Die regelmäfsigen Versammlungen fanden im Herbste statt; s. Pol. 4.37: μετὰ τὴν φθινοπωρινὴν ἰσημερίαν εὐθέως; daher stata die. Die an u. St. erwähnte Versammlung mufs noch vor oder sogleich nach der Ankunft des Konsuls stattgehabt haben, während nach dem Vorhergehenden der Winter oder Frühling vorausgesetzt wird. quod . . vocant] auffallend von concilium Aetolorum durch stata die getrennt.
