οὐδὲ νομίζεσθαι: much more crushing than φαῦλοι νομίζεσθαι. “They are not considered at all,” “they have no value whatever.” On νομίζεσθαι, cf. Ar. Nub. 962 ὅτ᾽ ἐγὼ ( δίκαιος λόγος) τὰ δίκαια λέγων ἤνθουν καὶ σωφροσύνη ᾿νενόμιστο (“was in high repute”).

μέν: almost equiv. to μήν, indeed.

δή: equiv. to just. “But that is indeed just what I do (γε) say.”
