ἀντάξιον: sc. “Χρυσηίδος”. — The conclusion of the sent. is omitted (aposiopesis); it would be perhaps “εὖ ἔχει, καλῶς ἂν ἔχοι”. When two mutually exclusive cond. sents. stand side by side, the conclusion of the first may be omitted. 7.904 a. 137 = 324. ἐγὼ δέ: for “δέ” in apod., see on v. 58. ἕλωμαι: for the subjv. used almost like a fut., see § 3 b; cf. vs. 184, 324, 3.417.This text is part of:
