ἠέ περ ὑμῖν: i.e. “ἠέ περ ὑμεῖς ἐστέ”. The pron. is attracted to the case of “ἀρείοσιν”, cf. “οἷον κτλ”. v. 263 for “οἷος Πειρίθοος ἦν”. — Nestor here reckons himself with the former generations, in praising the past in contrast with the present.
