Stack′er.

A machine adapted for delivering straw from the thrashingmachine on to the stack, or hay from a wagon on to a stack or into a loft.

It consists of a truck carrying a trough of suitable length, which may be set to any desired angle of elevation, and within which a wide, endless spiked band a is carried on rollers, generally operated by a belt from a pulley on the screen-cylinder of the thrashing-machine.
