[864] 864-909. Return to Olympus of Ares, Athena, and Hera. Ares complains to Zeus and is rebuked by him. The wound is healed.

ἐκ νεφέων: out of the clouds, which the wind (865) appears to have gathered.

ἀήρ: air, mist, i.e. the lower visible layer of the atmosphere.
