[171] Πατρόκλωι nearly all MSS., as Z 361, M 369, N 465, etc.; Ar. “Πατρόκλου”. The gen. is not found with the compound, and is very rare with the simple “ἀμύνειν” (see 13.110, 16.522), though common with “ἀμύνεσθαι”.
