[717] φοινικόεσσαι, see on 10.133. The synizesis may be admitted in the late portions of the poems. Brandreth conj. “φοινήεσσαι”. A more likely form perhaps would be “φοινιόεσσαι” (: “φοίνιος”:: “φαιδιμόεις”: “φαίδιυος”. The corruption would be natural.
