Z 6. 1320^{b} 33 ff. and may also, as Stallbaum thinks, have been in Demosthenes' mind when he wrote Ol. II 21. ἔξωθεν ἐπαγομένων κτλ. A familiar feature in the history of Greek revolutions: cf.
