τί γὰρ ἔτ̓: ‘Now what else...?’ γάρ introduces the question, as oft., when a speaker turns to a new point: cp. 1405: Ai. 101“εἶεν: τί γὰρ δὴ παῖς ὁ τοῦ Λαερτίου”, | “ποῦ σοι τύχης ἕστηκεν”;
