ἀτίμως, ruthlessly: cp. 444 n.— κἀθέως, in the act. sense of “ἄθεος”, ‘disregarding the gods,’ ‘impious.’ Kinsfolk have wronged their kinswoman. Cp. 124 “ἀθεώτατα”: Antiphon or. 1 § 21ἀθέως καὶ ἀκλεῶς πρὸ τῆς εἱμαρμένης ὑφ᾽ ὧν ἥκιστ᾽ ἐχρῆν τὸν βίον ἐκλιπών”.
