οὐδ̓, ‘nor.’ Brunck wrote κοὐδ̓, wishing “οὐδέ” to mean ‘not even’ (cp. O. C. 1429“οὐδ᾽ ἀγγελοῦμεν φλαῦρα”). But this is unnecessary, esp. as ποτέ follows.
