ὠλβίζετ̓: the impf. refers to the series of victories; ἀνακαλ.=“ὅτε ἀνεκαλεῖτο”. The official proclamation would be merely, “Ὀρέστης Ἀγαμέμνονος Ἀργεῖος”. Cp. Ol. 5. 8 “ὃν πατέρ᾽ Ἄκρων᾽ ἐκάρυξε” (the victor caused to be proclaimed), “καὶ τὰν νέοικον ἕδραν” (Camarina). Dem. or. 18 § 319νικῶν ἀνηγορεύετο”. Plut. 585 “ἀνεκήρυττεν...τοὺς νικῶντας”. Pyth. I. 32 “κᾶρυξ ἀνέειπέ νιν”.

Ἀγαμέμνονος is irregularly placed between “τοῦ” and “ἀγείραντος”: cp. 183 (“θεὸς”): O.T. 1245 “τὸν ἤδη Λά<*>ον πάλαι νεκρόν.

ἀγείραντος, as Thuc. I. 9 (of Agam.) “τὸν στόλον ἀγεῖραι”.
