ἁπερεί, like the common “ὡσπερεί” ( O. T. 264).

ἔποικος..., an immigrant, an alien: cp. Legg. 742 A “μισθωτοῖς, δούλοις καὶ ἐποίκοις”, ‘hirelings, slaves or immigrants.’ Il. 9. 648ὡσεί τιν᾽ ἀτίμητον μετανάστην”, ‘like some worthless sojourner’ (or ‘alien’).
