ἀλλοςἀντὶ σοῦ: cp. Ai.444οὐκ ἄν τις αὔτ᾽ ἔμαρψεν ἄλλος ἀντ᾽ ἐμοῦ.—ὁμοῦ”, prep. with dat., in the sense of ‘near’ (O.T. 1007), a specially Attic use ( Ph.1218Append.).

λάβῃ, in this command, is clearly right: the mere wish, “λάβοι”, would be unsuitable. Cp. 331 n.
