ἂν ἁρμόζοι: cp. Dem. or. 18 § 42 “λόγους οὓς...ἁρμόσει λέγειν.” τὸν πλείω λόγον: the further discourse which might be expected: cp. n. on O. C.36“τὰ πλείον᾽ ἱστορεῖν.—εἰ μή τι”: the schol. seems right in taking “τι” as object to λέξεις, rather than as an adv. (‘perchance,’ 712). μαστὴρ πατρὸς: cp. O. C.455“ἐμοῦ” | “μαστῆρα”. The Chorus may be supposed to know of this mission through having heard the last words of the “πρόλογος” as they were entering (95).
