κρύφιον ὡς ἔχοι λέχος: cp. Her.3. 1οὐκ ὡς γυναῖκά μιν ἔμελλε... ἕξειν, ἀλλ᾽ ὡς παλλακήν.—ἔγκλημα” is properly the matter of the complaint: αἰτίαν, the imputation of blame for it. For “αἰτία” in this sense, cp. Soph. O. T.656, Soph. Ai.28.

ἑτοιμάσας: cp. Isae. or. 11 § 14 “ἀγῶνας παρασκευάζειν” (‘to get up’ lawsuits against one).
