ὦ τλάμων: the nom. can thus stand for the voc. even in direct address, as Eur. Med. 1133 “μὴ σπέρχου, φίλος”: but is sometimes rather a comment, as ib. 61 “ὦ μῶρος, εἰ χρὴ δεσπότας εἰπεῖν τόδε”. Cp. 753, 1471.
