L's τλήμων might be either (a) predicate with the verb, or (b) nom. for voc., as 185 “ τλάμων”, where see n. But (a) would be rather weak; and a direct address, rather than a half-comment (as in 185), is fitting here. τλῆμον, then, seems most probable.
