[218] θωρ́ησσεσθον is preferable to “θωρήσσοντο”: the termination of the imperf. in -“σθον” instead of -“σθην”, though apparently correct in H. (H. G. § 5) is against the later rule, and thus likely to be altered. προπάροιθε, local not temporal, like “πρόσθεν” below.
