[319] ἐλαφηβόλος, “ἡ διπλῆ ὅτι οὕτως τοὺς κυνηγοὺς καταχρηστικῶς λέγουσιν οἱ ποιηταί”, An.; i.e. the passage shews that the word is not to be restricted to a hunter of deer.
