[107] χωομένου, in spite of his wrath. Ἀχ. is genitive after κλισίηθεν. ἔβης ἀπούρας, much as we should say ‘you went and took’; though Agamemnon did not literally go himself, but only in the person of his representatives, the heralds. See 1.323, 356, 19.89.
