[362] Here θυμῆρες is used predicatively with κεράσασα. It is doubted whether “θυμήρης” is identical with “θυμα_ρής” ( Il.9. 336; Od.23. 232, etc.), the accent seeming to contradict it. It is more likely that “θυμα_ρής” is to be referred to stem “-αρ”, and that “θυμήρης” is only an adjectival form from “θυμός”.
