[313] ἦα. This form seems to come from *“ησμ” or *“ησν”. See Monro, H. G. Append. A. 2, and page 11, foot-note. Notice the paratactic form of sentence “ἐγὼ δ᾽ ἔτι νήπιος ἦα” in the sense of “ἐμοῦ ἔτι νηπίου ὄντος”, or “ὁθούνεκα ἐγώ, κ.τ.λ.
