[331] In Od.7. 317Alcinous had said “πομπὴν δ᾽ ἐς τόδ᾽ ἐγὼ τεκμαίρομαι . . αὔριον ἔς”, and the preparations (8. 50, 444) had already been made; so that by ἑταίρους we may understand the sailors whom Alcinous had sent down to the harbour ready to take the ship on the morrow. “ἐλθόντ[α”] is accusative, as Od.6. 60; 15.240.
