[252] ἴκριατελεύτα. Transl. ‘And he worked away, setting up the decks by fitting them to the close-set ribs, and he finished off with the long sideplanking.’ In this rendering the words “ἴκρια στήσας” find their epexegesis in “ἀραρὼν θαμέσι σταμίνεσσι”.
