281-298. These eighteen lines were condemned by Zenodotus and Aristarchus. The question of their genuineness must be treated in connexion with 19. 4-13 (where the advice to move the arms is given nearly in the words of ll. 284294), and with the whole story of the “μνηστηροφονία”.
