Ut Od. 3. 208 ou)/ moi . . patri/ t' e)mw=| kai\ e)moi/ , Od. 11. 601 ei)seno/hsa bi/hn *(hraklhei/hn, ei)/dwlon .” It seems however much more simple to take the first “μοι” as a purely ethical dative = ‘I would have you know,’ or some such phrase.
